In 2002, Key Winstead was at the forefront of a cultural movement to bring premium, farm-to-table food services inside several of New York City’s prestigious independent schools. Winstead Caterers food service division, A Grade Above, has mastered the delicate balance between the healthy and “clean” cuisine parents aspire to and the child-friendly recipes students love to eat.
Children are sensitive to new ideas and tastes. A Grade Above recognizes this and successfully achieves a balance between healthy organic foods and old favorites. Our staff will either work within your school’s existing kitchen facility or out of our own Manhattan, licensed, commercial kitchen to create tasty, wholesome food that will please students and parents alike.
